“Luck of the Draw” Scholarship

Yellowstone Valley Electric Cooperative (YVEC) offers twelve $500 “Luck of the Draw” Scholarships.

The Annual Membership Meeting is scheduled for March 26, 2024. This is when the twelve applicants will be randomly selected.

1. The applicant or the dependent applicant’s parent/guardian is currently receiving electric service at their residence from YVEC, is a member of the cooperative and is not an employee or board member.

2. The applicant must be a student who is enrolled or planning to enroll in a full time undergraduate course of study at an accredited two or four-year college, university, or vocational technical school for the upcoming fall term.

3. The applicant must have a high school and/or college GPA of 2.50 or higher.

The only thing you need to do for this scholarship is to fill out the above information. Twelve names will be drawn at the Annual Meeting. Either the applicant or the parent/guardian must be present for the drawings.
