Ingredients:

Crusted Salmon 4 skin-on salmon filets
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons spicy harissa paste
- 3 tablespoons Everything bagel seasoning
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 ½ ounces cream cheese (about 3 tbsp)
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped, divided
- ¼ cup coarsely chopped fresh dill, divided
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, divided
- 2 ounces. arugula (40054000)
- 6 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 mini cucumber, sliced into 1/4” – thick rounds
- 1 tablespoon drained capers, coarsely chopped
- 1 ounce of thin bagel chips
Instructions
- Arrange a rack in the center of the oven; preheat to 450°. Place a large cast-iron skillet on the rack to preheat.
- Pat the salmon dry; season all over with 1 teaspoon salt and a pinch of pepper. Spread harissa onto the salmon. Sprinkle each fillet with everything bagel seasoning.
- Carefully remove skillet from oven and drizzle with 2 tablespoons oil. Arrange salmon in skillet skin side down. Bake until flesh becomes opaque and easily flakes with a fork, 10 to 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk cream cheese, half of the shallot, 1 tablespoon dill, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons water, and the remaining 1 tablespoon oil until smooth; season with a pinch of salt. In another small bowl, soak the remaining shallots with the remaining 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
- In a large bowl, toss arugula, tomato, cucumber, capers, marinated shallots, and remaining 3 tablespoons dill. Add half of the dressing, toss to combine, and top with bagel chips.
- Divide the salmon among the plates. Serve with salad and the remaining dressing alongside.
